I did a fair bit of research and watching reviews before purchasing the Narwal S20…and I am very impressed. This Wet Dry vacuum has been a game changer in a house with 3 little kids and for my bad neck. It really works and cleans itself brilliantly. Its light and so easy to use with excellent design and functionality. This is my first Wet Dry Vacuum and I couldn’t be happier.

Love it, goes right to the edge, enough run time to do a fully tiled 4x1 and doesn’t put down too much water which is bad for grout health.
The self clean function is awesome, I do leave the dirty water tank and filter out to air dry when not in use, a stand for these on the dock would be great.
Amazing that it completely dries the brush roller.

I watched heaps of reviews and narwal s20pro just outperforms other brands in terms of ease of use as it has that iron drying feature to dry the roll and the filter in between cleaning. You don’t have to let it air out, just press the button and it will give you the instruction. It doesn’t leave any musty smell because of that iron drying feature, that the other brands have issues of. It also has a separate compartment to strain the solid dirt as it becomes nasty if they’re just mushed in one container. The battery life as well is as twice of other brands so it means more time to clean and can clean a big area without waiting for it to recharge. It ticks all of the boxes especially if you got a little toddler around that likes to eat and throw it on the floor without hesitation.

I have a large home with extensive hard flooring, and this machine has been a total game-changer, saving me a significant amount of time each week. While I still vacuum regularly, I rely on the Narwal on weekends, which has dramatically cut down the time I spend cleaning my floors. Unlike a traditional mop, it requires minimal effort, doesn’t recycle dirty water, and eliminates the hassle of filling a bucket and rinsing out a mop which can be a real pain for small spills.
The only issue I’ve encountered is that it frequently prompts a self-clean cycle, with repeated alerts about a dirty roller—even when everything has been emptied and cleaned properly.

I’m so happy with the S20. The time I save not having to vacuum my hard floors means I have cleaned them frequently since purchasing. The cleaning of the machine is minimal and easy. I hate cleaning but I enjoy using the s20
