It’s honestly quite disappointing and not what I expected based on the advertising. I clicked through a link on Ozbargain to purchase a cleaning machine, and only after the order went through did I realise it wasn’t Narwal’s official store. I still accepted the parcel, hoping the product would perform similarly to the genuine one, but unfortunately it hasn’t met the standard I expected. On top of that, I haven’t been able to get any response from their customer support.

If you’re planning to buy Narwal products, just make sure you’re purchasing from the official store to avoid a similar experience.

Does a reasonable job with mopping to be fair fairly muddy concrete floors. Vacuuming is quite good.

Pretty impressive machine. Only downfall is it doesn’t really manoeuvre around objects. It’s tangled up socks several times and tea towels. That’s the only fault I have
