What is Automatic Water Exchange Module?
Automatic Water Exchange Module is Narwal's innovative module to provide a next-level hands-free experience for our customers. By installing this module, the process of adding clean water, pouring dirty water, and cleaning the dirty water tank during mopping will be eliminated, as the module can automatically get clean water from your home's water source to clean the mop clothes and drain dirty water away.

How should i maintain the Automatic Water Exchange Module?
Most of the time, the Automatic Water Exchange Module does not need any
maintenance. When maintenance is required, you will receive a
notification push from your Narwal Freo app.
How do i replace accessories of the Automatic Water Exchange Module, if they are damaged during usage?

What is the warranty policy for the Automatic Water Exchange Module?
If you are not completely satisfied with the Automatic Water Exchange Module, you can return it to us (the module should be in undamaged condition) within 30 days of receiving it. When returning, please be aware of the following conditions:
1. The module must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories undamaged to ensure full credit.
2. The module can be returned only to the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
3. Only module that has been purchased directly from Narwal.net.au, can be returned to Narwal Australia. Products purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Within a year of receiving the module, you are covered with a limited warranty offered by us, which does not affect your statutory rights under the laws relating to the sale of consumer products. This Limited warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country or region where the products were originally purchased.
